Aircraft maintenance engineer

Objective
AMAC Aerospace was established in 2007 to serve the corporate and VIP/VVIP demand. Today we are represented as a ‘Group of Companies’ that span the width of Europe and have presence in Turkey and Lebanon. We operate a network of eight (8) hangars for mid-size jets, narrow and wide-body aircraft and are dedicated to maintenance complex design, modifications activities and completion works.
Today, we are seeking ‘Licenced Aircraft Technicians’ to join our team at our Bodrum facility.
Position & Responsibilities:
- Acting as certifying staff in AMAC 145 maintenance organization
- Performance of routine and non routine task cards
- Performance of related operational tasks
- Perform daily / weekly checks as required
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Review and carry out necessary actions to rectify flight problems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years practical experience of base maintenance
- Holder of EASA Part-66 Cat B1 and/or B2
- Ratings on any of the following: A320/A330/B737/B777/B787 with minimum 3 years of experience as Certifying Staff on the related aircraft type
- Ability / flexibility to work and to adapt in different environments
- Advanced trouble shooting experience
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative
- Awareness of highest standard in terms of quality, reliability and safety
- Experience in Corporate Aviation is an advantage
- Fluent in English
AMAC Aerospace
AMAC Aerospace Turkey A.Ş. has 2 locations: The facility in Istanbul is located at Atatürk International Airport and provides MRO services on Pilatus PC-12, PC-24 and Dassault products. Equipped with all necessary tooling, this facility was created by AMAC Aerospace to service the Pilatus aircraft product on exclusive basis in the Middle East region and then was developed to cover the Dassault aircraft in the region.
The hangar in Bodrum is located at Bodrum-Milas Airport. This facility is the only MRO at this location. The hangar is strategically positioned directly next to the main taxiway and offers services for both line and base maintenance. Equipped with the latest and most advanced technological hardware and construction, AMAC are the first to use a mixed business model for this hangar facility. During the winter month, the hangar carries out commercial line and base maintenance and during the summer month, the MRO flip over to VIP business maintenance.
