Job Title: Air Export Operator
Location: Egham (Hybrid Working)

We're looking for an experienced and detail-driven Air Export Operator to join our team in Egham. Working in a hybrid capacity, you'll handle a diverse range of export shipments - from time-critical Defence cargo to Perishables and General Freight - ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities of an Air Export Operator:

• Manage end-to-end air export operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking

• Prepare export documents (AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) in line with industry and regulatory standards

• Ensure strict compliance with export control regulations, particularly for Defence shipments

• Coordinate temperature-sensitive perishable cargo to meet quality and delivery standards

• Communicate with airlines, handling agents, and clients to ensure timely movement of goods

• Troubleshoot delays or issues and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in airfreight forwarding, preferably across Defence or Perishables

• Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs compliance

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Security clearance (or eligibility) is a plus
