Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

Job Description We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to join our resort team and help ensure our guests stay comfortable all year round. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the resort. From guest rooms to commercial kitchens, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality guest experience. What You’ll Do: Inspect, maintain, repair, and where needed, replace air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Conduct routine checks on all systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with the systems. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation of the resort’s facilities. What We’re Looking For: Strong technical skills in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Physical stamina to lift, bend, and move equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in the field preferred.
