AIOps Solutions Architect — Cloud & SIAM Expert

A leading technology firm in Centurion is seeking a skilled Solutions Implementation Specialist to manage enterprise IT monitoring and automation. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in systems integration and a strong knowledge of AIOps platforms, cloud environments, and ITSM tools. Responsibilities include implementing ecosystem products, managing deployments according to SLAs, and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement AIOps solutions, including monitoring, automation, and event correlation. * Provide expert guidance on cloud architecture and best practices (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Integrate AIOps platforms with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). * Manage and optimize the performance of AIOps deployments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AIOps and cloud infrastructure. * Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and user guides. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AIOps, cloud computing, and IT service management. * Lead and participate in workshops and training sessions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration, IT operations, or a related area. * Proven experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, ScienceLogic, AppDynamics). * Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
