AI/ML Model Validation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical AI/ML Model Validation Specialist to join our Risk Management/Data Science team. The successful candidate will perform independent reviews of artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including Generative AI (GenAI), predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP) models. You will be responsible for challenging model design, data integrity, and performance to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, including those related to bias, fairness, and explainability. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and risk management, with experience in model validation, data quality, and data governance. You will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and risk managers, to ensure that AI/ML models are properly validated and deployed.
