AI/ML Engineer

Job Overview: We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist to architect agentic AI solutions and own the full ML lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to production. You’ll operate as an independent contributor, designing and developing AI/ML models that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python-based frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems. • Design and implement data pipelines for large-scale data processing and analysis. • Work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into production environments. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and API documentation. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML engineering. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions or develop new ones. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models. • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using popular libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn. • Experience working with large-scale data sets and designing data pipelines for analysis. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Certification in AI/ML, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), is a plus.
