AI/ML Engineer

About the Role This is not an academic internship; it's a build-and-ship role. You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate intelligence into every layer of the hiring platform. You'll focus on creating usable AI systems that make a difference rather than just developing models. What You'll Do - Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support. - Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications. - Experiment with various techniques to improve the accuracy of AI-driven decisions. - Develop and maintain a portfolio of AI/ML projects that demonstrate the impact of AI on the hiring process.
