Job Title : AI/ML Engineer Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based AI chatbots. Build and implement multi-modal RAG systems capable of handling text, images, and structured relational data (SQL databases). Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models using: Supervised Learning Reinforcement Learning Model Distillation techniques Integrate OpenAI APIs to build conversational interfaces for various applications. Requirements: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Experience with RAG-based chatbots and multi-modal systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
