Nursing Assistant (F/H) in a Residential Care Home

Within a residential care home, you will be responsible for providing attentive care to residents while promoting their well-being.
- Ensure personal hygiene and comfort of residents by strictly following established protocols
- Actively participate in organizing and implementing therapeutic activities to stimulate the cognitive abilities of residents
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to personalize and adjust the individualized care plan for each resident
- Assist residents during meals, ensuring balanced nutrition and adequate hydration
- Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health status of residents to the medical team
