Nursing Assistant or Nurse at the Nursing Staff Pool DS – 80% to 100%

In the context of caring for patients of all ages, you perform basic care and maintenance tasks while developing and fostering human relationships.

You also participate in organizing daily activities that ensure their physical, psychological, and social well-being. You provide support and supplementation in the daily life activities of patients and their families.

You contribute to their safety by respecting the hygiene and asepsis rules in force.

You master the main institutional software.

You participate in organizing and cleaning the premises in the units.

You demonstrate rigor in oral and written transmissions concerning the patients and patients who have been delegated to you by the nursing team.

As a nursing assistant or nurse at the Nursing Staff Pool, you intervene on short-term missions regardless of whether it's in support of internal medicine, surgery, neurology, neurosurgery, private division, and rehabilitation teams for the Beau-Séjour site.

In parallel, you intervene within a more specific pool for one of the following specialties: acute medicine, oncology, pediatrics/gynecology-obstetrics, psychiatry, geriatric rehabilitation.
