- Ensure daily care and respond to individualized needs
- Accompany residents in daily life activities to promote autonomy
- Participate in developing and implementing personalized projects with a multidisciplinary team
- Observe and monitor the health status of residents, reporting any imperative changes
- Maintain a clean and secure environment to ensure comfort and safety for residents
- Contract: Full-time CDI, day shift, available as soon as possible
- Salary according to collective agreement and seniority You are a Nursing Assistant or Medical Caregiver (AMP) or AES looking to accompany adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (TSA).
- Minimum one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant, AMP, or AES
- State diploma required
- Excellent listening and empathy skills
- Patience and benevolence in daily interactions
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professionals
