- Ensure personalized assistance to residents on a daily basis
- Participate in the realization of non-medical care
- Accompany residents during their daily activities
- Monitor compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the paramedical and educational team to ensure resident well-being.
- Contract: CDI
- Minimum gross salary: 13 euros per hour
- Position available as soon as possible We are looking for a Nursing Aide or AES/AMP (F/H) with experience in accompanying people with TSA
- Teamwork competence, essential collaboration with medical and educational staff
- Experience in a healthcare establishment, ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
- Sensitivity to patient needs, essential human and relational qualities
- Physically and psychologically resilient, the patient's well-being also depends on you.
