Accommodated within this establishment, young people are carriers of TSA or complex behavioral disorders
Your main missions:
- Assist young people in daily life activities with respect and benevolence: aid with toileting, meal assistance, accompaniment to recreational and educational activities
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practices
- Develop individualized accompaniment plans for each young person, with the educational and medical teams
Schedule: Boarding school schedule, 1 weekend worked out of 2
Contract: CDD 12 months, to be filled as of January 1st, 2026
- Salary according to seniority, Public Hospital Function Scale Your profile:
- Education: State Diploma in Nursing Assistant or AMP or AES
- Proven competence in social intervention and educational support activities
- Abilities to work in a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment
- Active listening sense and understanding of specific user needs
