In an environment dedicated to caring for the elderly, you will actively participate in improving the daily well-being of residents
- Assist residents in daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize care provided and follow established protocols
- Perform tasks related to hygiene and comfort care while respecting the intimacy and dignity of those being cared for
- Contribute to maintaining medical equipment and facilities in good working order
- Maintain transparent and benevolent communication with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team
Here are the details of this job offer:
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Salary: €13.92 per hour You possess a first experience and demonstrate a natural benevolence towards elderly people as a night nurse.
- State Diploma in Nursing required
- Previous experience in an elderly care establishment desired
- Empathy and active listening towards residents
- Observation skills and professional rigor
- Good stress management and organizational skills
