Job titles or functions are declined in both feminine and masculine forms. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work alongside people with severe disabilities within a multidisciplinary team committed to their care. Your main responsibilities will be:
- To perform hygiene, comfort, and prevention nursing tasks ;
- To participate in accompanying daily life activities (meals, mobility, communication) ;
- To ensure the surveillance of residents' health status (vital signs, behavioral observation) ;
- To contribute to the safety, well-being, and autonomy of the people being cared for ;
- To maintain the immediate environment of the resident ;
- To exchange with families and healthcare teams, and ensure oral and written transmissions.
You will be expected to work in a context:
- requiring strong relational skills ;
- necessitating a sense of responsibility, listening, patience, and benevolence.
Respect for professional secrecy, confidentiality rules, and recognition of the dignity of people are at the heart of your professional commitment. Do you hold a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance?
