- Ensuring the implementation of care plans established in accordance with medical instructions.

- You hold a State Diploma in Nursing Assistance
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in home care
- You demonstrate exceptional listening and empathy skills towards patients
- You know how to work with autonomy while integrating a multidisciplinary team
