You will actively contribute to the well-being of residents within an elderly care home by providing attentive and personalized care
- Participate in daily accompaniment of residents, respecting their specific needs and dignity •
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering care, respecting established protocols by the establishment •
- Monitor the safety of residents, watching over their health status and reporting any anomalies or special needs •
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement of care by participating in team meetings and sharing your observations •
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by participating in hygiene tasks and managing common areas within the establishment •
The client is ready to offer the following conditions:
Contract: CDD
Duration: 3 months
Salary: €13.55 per hour We are looking for a dynamic Nursing Assistant (F/H) with no prior experience required for an elderly care home, welcoming seniors.
- Empathy and benevolence towards the elderly
- Ability to work in a medical environment as part of a team
- Availability and flexibility for variable working hours
- Observational skills and initiative
- State Nursing Assistant diploma required
