As a dedicated member of our elderly care facility, you will actively participate in improving the daily well-being of residents.
- Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents with attention and diligence
- Accompany residents in daily life gestures to promote their autonomy
- Collect and transmit essential information to evaluate and follow up on the degree of autonomy of residents
- Contribute to sensory, functional, cognitive, and social stimulation of residents by proposing adapted activities
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality accompaniment for residents and their families

- State-certified or in the process of obtaining a Nursing Assistant diploma
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with residents and their families
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a keen sense of responsibilities
- Sensitivity and benevolence towards individual needs of residents
- Ability to promote sensory, functional, and cognitive stimulation of residents
