Integrate a dedicated team supporting and caring for elderly people, with variable hours your main missions will be :
- Ensure hygiene and physical comfort of residents
- Participate in identifying the needs of the person with the medical team
- Help with mealtime
- Contribute to resident well-being through reassuring presence
- Participate in setting up personalized care project.
Here are the details of the offer for this position :
- Contract: Full-time CDD
- Duration: 3 months renewable
- Hours: 7.80H or 10H/day
- Salary: from €11.88 per hour according to seniority (at diploma) We are looking for a Caregiver (F/H) with initial experience, ready to work in variable hours at an Elderly People Establishment. The required skills are as follows :
- Hold a State Diploma in Caregiving or significant experience on the job
- Flexibility in adapting to variable hours
- Ability to work in a team within the establishment's procedures
- Patience, benevolence, and empathy towards elderly people.
