NURSING AIDE (F/H)

To fill a position in the medical sector, we put our expertise in healthcare at your service. Which enriching missions as Nursing Aide (F/H) in a medical-social establishment would you like to take on?
You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents within a dedicated psychiatric establishment
- Actively participate in care and accompaniment activities for residents
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure adapted follow-up of each patient
- Ensure hygiene, well-being, and comfort of residents
- Observe and report any changes in patients' health status
- Contribute to implementing personalized care projects
Part-time schedule, 6:15 am-2:15 pm or 1:45 pm-9:45 pm
Possibility of on-site accommodation
Here are the conditions proposed for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 3 months
- Salary: from €13.68 gross per hour based on experience and seniority The ideal candidate has a first experience in psychiatry within a medical-social establishment as a nursing aide.
- You hold the State Diploma of Nursing Aide (F/H)
- Ability to work in a team in an demanding environment
- Knowledge of care techniques and psychological accompaniment
- Excellent communication with patients, their families, and the medical team
- Mastery of safety and hygiene protocols in a psychiatric setting
