- Ensure daily accompaniment of residents in everyday activities, respecting their autonomy
- Collaborate with the medical team for regular monitoring and evaluation of the health status of residents
- Participate in setting up therapeutic activities adapted to the specific needs of residents suffering from cognitive disorders

- Mastery of basic care for elderly people

- Possession of the State Diploma in Nursing Assistance (DEAS) or equivalent validated
