NURSING AIDE (F/H)

A dedicated team to the healthcare sector just for you. As a nursing aide (F/H) within a retirement home, you will participate as part of a multidisciplinary team, accompanying residents, supervised by an IDEC.
Skills and know-how :
- Accompany someone in daily life gestures.
- Measure patient/resident vital parameters, control medical devices and equipment, and transmit information to the nurse.
- Identify changes in a person's health state.
- Realize hygiene, comfort, and prevention care.

- Internal catering. We are looking for an engaged and attentive nursing aide for a Home for the Elderly.
- State Nursing Aide diploma required, ensuring recognized expertise
- Solid relational skills to establish trust with residents
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure continuity of care
- Good stress management in emergency or unexpected situations
- Experience in an EHPAD desired, offering understanding of the specific needs of seniors
