NURSING AIDE (F/H)

Within a care home for the elderly, you will be expected to provide care and assist with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, as well as reporting any incidents or concerns to the management team. Your role will be to provide emotional support and companionship to the residents, as well as helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. You will work closely with the care home's management team to develop personalized care plans for each resident, and to ensure that their needs are met. You will also be expected to participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in care home management.
