Job titles or functions are declined in both feminine and masculine forms. Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the well-being and accompaniment of residents with disabilities requiring care and accompaniment on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents (toilets, meal assistance, mobilization).
Participate in animating and accompanying residents in daily life activities.
Observe the health status and behavior of residents, and transmit relevant information to the healthcare team.
Contribute to the quality of life and maintenance of autonomy of the people received. Desired experience in FAM or with a public in a situation of handicap.
Relational qualities, listening, patience, and empathy.
Sense of organization, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
Ability to adapt to different replacement schedules.
