Within the framework of our search for a dedicated elderly care facility, you will actively contribute to the well-being of residents.
- Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents
- Collaborate with the medical team to follow up on patient care files
- Accompany residents during movements within the establishment
- Participate in meal distribution and assist with food intake
- Contribute to recreational and therapeutic activity animation
That's what our client is offering you:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 11.88 euros/hour We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Assistant (F/H) for a facility catering to seniors.
- At least one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant (F/H) is required
- The State Diploma in Nursing Assistance is mandatory for this position
- Excellent communication and active listening skills to understand residents' needs
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy
- Great empathy and patience towards seniors
