On the move, you are responsible for the well-being and home care of patients: - Hygiene and comfort care: Performing daily care at patients' homes, respecting their privacy and lifestyles. - Prevention and monitoring: Observing general condition and detecting signs of fragility. - Support for autonomy: Assisting with transfers, mobilization, and stimulating the patient's remaining capabilities. - Coordination: Precise communication to the coordinating nurse and liaison with the family to ensure coherent care. What will your working conditions be? - Type of contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - Remuneration: Base salary according to company agreements + Ségur 1 and 2 + seniority recognition. - Benefits: Company vehicle. You are a qualified, experienced, and autonomous nurse assistant, committed to attentive patient care at home (HAD). - You hold the State Diploma of Nurse Assistant and have relevant prior experience. - You are proficient in hygiene, comfort care, and clinical monitoring of patients. - You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and an organization adapted to home interventions. - You establish a caring, respectful, and reassuring relationship with patients and their loved ones. - You collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and transmit reliable information.
