For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Home Care Assistant (m/f) Home Care Assistant (m/f) In the framework of your functions, you will be responsible for: Providing personalized care to patient needs; Assuring a tour of care on an autonomous basis within a restricted geographic area; Assuring the tracking of care and essential information for the person's care; Participating in the development of care plans and ensuring their implementation; Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care; Maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients' autonomy; Ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations; Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the patient's needs and preferences; Providing emotional support and comfort to patients; Participating in training and education programs to improve skills and knowledge; Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals; Ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals; Maintaining accurate records and reports; Participating in quality control and improvement processes; Developing and maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards work.
