To fill a position in the medical sector, we put our expertise in healthcare at your service. How do you want to transform the daily life of residents as a Caregiver (F/H) in our elderly care facility?
As a professional evolving in an elderly care facility, you will actively contribute to the well-being of residents daily
- Ensure basic care and personal hygiene for residents while respecting established protocols
- Collaborate with the medical team to follow individualized care plans and adjust support according to specific resident needs
- Participate in organizing and animating therapeutic and social activities, aiming to stimulate cognitive and physical abilities of residents
- Observe, report, and document any changes in the health status of residents to ensure adequate care
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while respecting the dignity and intimacy of residents in their daily interactions
That's what our client is offering you:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: €2,427 per month The candidate must possess skills in elderly care with a benevolent and professional approach.
- Mastery of basic care at EHPAD for 80 residents
- Therapeutic approach in civilian attire in an elderly care facility
- A first experience in the medical-social field is required
- Essential relational and empathetic skills
- Diploma State Caregiver (F/H) mandatory
