- Accompany residents with kindness during bedtime and wake-up
- Ensure changes while respecting individual needs of residents, including at night
- Perform regular rounds and document all observations attentively
- Actively participate in information exchanges with the day team
- Collaborate effectively with your partner and act proactively in case of an emergency
