NURSING AIDE FOR DAY CARE (F/H)

Our agency, distinguished by its expertise and profound experience in the field of disability. Within this MAS, you will be responsible for ensuring, with the nursing team, a benevolent and adapted accompaniment to the individual needs of the residents received.
- Ensure hygiene and comfort care for residents
- Participate in daily and therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure personalized follow-up for each resident
- Observe the health status of residents and report changes to medical personnel
- Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and secure living environment for residents
1 weekend worked out of 2
Hours: 7:15-14:45 / 14:00-22:00 and 12-hour days on weekends (1 weekend worked out of 3)
- Contract: CDI to be filled as soon as possible
- Salary according to collective convention 66 The ideal candidate for this Nursing Aide (F/H) position within a MAS will demonstrate dedication and empathy towards residents.
- Ability to establish a benevolent and clear communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team
- Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing Assistance (DEAS)
- Mastery of basic care and hygiene techniques
- Aptitude to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of the establishment
- Keen sense of organization and respect for safety and hygiene protocols
