In an elderly care facility, you will actively contribute to the well-being of residents by ensuring their daily accompaniment within living units - Participate in the realization of hygiene and comfort care for residents - Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal and secure resident care - Assist seniors in everyday life tasks while respecting their dignity - Help maintain a clean and pleasant living environment for each resident within the establishment - Participate in transmitting relevant information to ensure continuity of care between different levels of the healthcare team

- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 2048 euros/month The candidates sought must possess rigor, empathy, and ability to work as a team in a demanding medical environment.
- At least one year's professional experience as a Nursing Assistant is required
- State Diploma in Nursing Assistance or Medical-Psychological Assistance or Educational and Social Accompaniment
- Organizational skills to ensure personalized resident follow-up on each living unit
- Excellent relational qualities to communicate effectively with residents and their families
- Ability to work in pairs and maintain optimal coordination between floors
