Job Description

A meaningful mission, at the heart of Geneva's EMS

• As a caregiver, you will undertake occasional or planned assignments within medico-social establishments in the canton of Geneva.
• Alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the overall care of residents.
• You will perform nursing and support care with autonomy and kindness, under the responsibility of a nurse, while ensuring clear and reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of care.
• Flexible hours (continuous, split, night, weekends, and public holidays) for a dynamic, human, and rewarding activity.

Profile Required

• You are a caregiver and have at least one year of successful experience in geriatrics.
• Previous experience in an EMS in Switzerland would be a real plus.
• Sensitive to the well-being of residents, you place humanity at the heart of your practice. Calm, responsive, and able to manage complex situations with composure, you demonstrate professionalism in all circumstances.
• You enjoy working in a team, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to adapt flexibly to the needs on the ground.
