• Participate in developing and implementing personalized learning plans (PLPs) for students with diverse needs from preschool to 12th grade;
• Support students with diverse needs by using a variety of intervention strategies and conflict resolution techniques, aiming to facilitate their social and academic inclusion;
• Create and prepare adapted learning materials tailored to the student's needs (visual support; tactile support; etc.) in line with PLP recommendations or plans established by the intervention team;
• Assist and accompany students to help them develop their skills and competencies towards autonomy (e.g., personal needs and life skills; etc.);
• Observe and document student behaviors and interactions, sharing these data with the intervention team to better respond to their needs;
• Report, document, and share with responsible parties any incident, concern, or worry related to student safety and well-being (physical and socio-emotional), including confidential matters.

Note:

This job may be combined with another APS posting of 4.75 hours at the Sentiers-alpins school. Working hours will be defined according to organizational needs. Interested candidates must apply for different postings.
