The ideal candidate should have experience in providing care and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals. He/She should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care, as well as assisting clients with daily activities. He/She should also have knowledge of first aid and be able to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
