• Master's degree in State Aide-Soignant, ensuring expertise in quality care
• Aptitude to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team under the direction of a coordinating doctor
• Aptitude to foster a warm environment by actively participating in activities and projects for residents
• Excellent listening and communication skills with residents, their families, and external interveners
• Sensitivity towards the particularities of welcoming elderly people in an establishment, ensuring individualized and adapted care
