Kitchen Assistant

Working in the field of residences for seniors, a new residence by Groupe Lokia has opened its doors in April 2025, La Villa Opale has as its mission to offer superior quality of life in a warm, respectful, and stimulating environment while maintaining autonomy. La Villa Opale hosts autonomous individuals and those with loss of autonomy, the majority of whom belong to religious communities.

We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position: Kitchen Assistant

YOUR SKILLS AND COMPETENCES ALLOW YOU:

• To prepare food and set up ingredients, garnishes, and sauces required for high-volume production;
  
• To prepare and cook special meals for residents with dietary particularities according to the chef's directives;
  
• To participate in menu planning as needed;
  
• To ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe at all times according to the residence's safety standards;
  
• To receive merchandise as needed;
  
• To complete any other connected tasks;
  

YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING FORMATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Diploma of secondary studies;
  
• Diploma of professional studies in cuisine (important asset);
  
• Food handler training - Hygiene and food safety;
  
• Experience working in a seniors' residence (important asset);

Your Work Schedule:
