Design/implement/optimize autonomous AI agents using Databricks and the clients own AI HubDevelop structured agent execution flows (goal definition, step evaluation, skill selection, iterative improvement of agent behavior)Create and refine prompts, behavioral rules and system configurations to ensure consistent outputsCollaborate with Backend- & Data Engineers to integrate skills into agent workflows, ensuring agents can effectively interact with data products and external systemsLeverage evaluation frameworks (e.g. MLflow, LLM Judge) to measure and improve agent performance, accuracy, and efficiency.Work as part of a shared backlog team to ensure end-to-end success of the AI platform and use cases Knowledge in Databricks AI, model serving and integration within Azure environmentsKnowledge in LLM-based applications and agent frameworksKnowledge in Design structured prompts, define agent behaviors and control execution flowsKnowledge in Python programming and integrating AI systems with external servicesKnowledge in LLM evaluation techniquesKnowledge in Multi-agent systems and conceptsKnowledge in Data platforms and products Remote work possibleFascinating, innovative environment in an international atmosphere IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
