AI Voice & Copywriting Specialist (m/w/d)

We want to build the #1 Lead Company in the German-speaking region by the end of 2026. To achieve this, we need to solve our partners' biggest problem: constantly new leads, appointments, and orders!

New customer acquisition is a complex topic. Our AI infrastructure needs to be expanded and professionally developed.

We are therefore looking for an AI Voice & Copywriting Specialist (m/w/d) for our Operations Team (hybrid/remote).

Aufgaben

Skripting und Prompting

• Very good Sprachgefühl and structured writing (German; English is an asset).
• Definition and maintenance of Tonalität und Verhaltensweise.

Analyse & Optimierung:

• Evaluation of Call-Logs, Transkripten und KPIs (e.g. abandonment rates, success rates, conversation duration).
• Formation of Hypothesen, Planung von A/B-Tests and implementation of iterative improvements.

Qualitätsmanagement:

• Identifikation of error cases (misunderstandings, escalations) and development of robust fallbacks.
• Dokumentation of Guidelines und Best Practices.

Zusammenarbeit:

• Close Abstimmung mit Vertrieb/Call Center/Business Unit Management (Controlling) for product goals, offer specifics, and qualification criteria.
• Schnittstelle zu IT/Tech (no deep coding required; however, willingness to learn tools and work with them daily).

Betrieb:

• Rollover planning, versioning, and Change-Management for Agent-Updates.
• Monitoring und Alerting for critical metrics.

Qualifikation

Must-haves:

• Very good Sprachgefühl and structured writing (German; English is an asset).
• Analytical Denkweise, high Qualitätsbewusstsein, and Detailtreue.
• Technical Neugier und Tool-Affinität (e.g. working with Telli, Prompting, simple logics/flows).
• Experience in Copywriting, Content und/oder Prompting - ideally with Voice Agents.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with KPIs/Dashboards, A/B-Testing, and hypothesis-driven optimization.
• Experience with Callcenter-/Sales-Prozessen.
• Basic understanding of Datenstrukturen/Regeln (if-then logic, variables, tags).

Mindset:

• Ownership, pragmatic, experimental.
• Teamplayer with clear communication and enjoyment of iterative improvement.
