AI Transformation & Program Lead (m/w/d)

Our headquarters is located in Berlin, with another office in Madrid. Our team is just as international as our clients. We work together digitally and on-site, always with the common goal of making trust online tangible and usable.

To implement our already developed 360° AI company strategy, we are looking for an experienced person who takes responsibility and delivers results. The focus lies on implementation, technical steering, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Tasks

You will be responsible for the overall implementation of our AI transformation.

This includes:

• Setting up and operating the AI Gateway
• Steering prioritized pilots
• Setting up governance, data classification, and human review processes
• Leading the AI War Rooms and cross-departmental steering of implementation
• Training AI Champions and ensuring acceptance in departments
• Closely collaborating with management, development, RevOps, sales, and service

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience as an AI Lead, AI Program Lead, AI Platform Lead, CTO or in a comparable role
• Experience in introducing AI Gateways, LLM-Routing, RAG and agentive workflows
• Good knowledge of governance, data protection, DSGVO and EU AI Act
• Experience in steering cross-departmental teams and complex transformation projects
• Fluent German and English skills
• Willingness to be fully on-site in Berlin

Benefits

• Salary: 80,000 to 100,000 EUR gross per year (40 hours/week), depending on relevant AI implementation experience and qualifications
