Dann übernimm als AI Transformation Manager (m/w/d) eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau skalierbarer Workflows und intelligenter Agent-Lösungen. In dieser Position verbindest du technisches Verständnis mit Business-Fokus, priorisierst wirkungsvolle Use Cases und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen messbarer Impact wird – von ersten Piloten bis zum stabilen Rollout im gesamten Unternehmen.

Your Mission with Us

• You will build our AI tool radar and continuously develop it, identify suitable tools for each process, and create well-founded cost-benefit assessments and decision proposals.
• You will analyze recurring processes within the company, prioritize them by impact and feasibility, and derive a clear implementation roadmap from this.
• You will conceptualize and implement automations in areas such as support, operations, finance, HR, and sales, and ensure stable rollout in ongoing operations.
• You will develop and orchestrate agent applications, structure task chains, integrate tool usage, incorporate human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure monitoring and guardrails.
• You will be responsible for system integration and define interfaces to CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base solutions, as well as to calendar, email, and other internal tools.
• You will accompany projects from idea to rollout by designing, testing, evaluating, documenting proof-of-concepts, and scaling successful approaches.
• You will empower teams in dealing with AI through training, office hours, playbooks, and the development of prompt and workflow templates, and build internal multipliers.
• You will establish governance and quality standards, define guidelines for data usage and access, and ensure compliance with security and documentation requirements.
• You will manage and measure the success of AI initiatives using clear KPIs such as time savings, lead time, error rate, adoption, and cost and benefit per use case.

What You Should Bring

• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or a comparable field, and have independently managed complex automation projects.
• You have at least 3 years of practical experience in implementing automations and have extensive experience with the Anthropic ecosystem, particularly with Claude, Claude Code, and AI Agents and Skills.
• You can demonstrate with concrete examples which AI and automation solutions developed by you are currently in productive use.
• You have practical, hands-on experience in workflow automation, e.g., with tools like Power Platform, Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of agent concepts, particularly in the areas of orchestration, RAG, tool use, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
• You are able to analyze processes in a structured way and translate them into clear inputs, outputs, and rules.
• You think entrepreneurially, prioritize pragmatically, and deliver solutions with measurable impact.
• You convince with very strong communication and consulting skills and succeed in promoting the acceptance and use of AI solutions within teams.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• You have a basic technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data models.
• You have experience with local LLMs / Self-Hosted models.
• You ideally have experience in regulated environments or with data protection and compliance requirements in AI projects.
• You have experience in areas such as knowledge management, ticket automation, or CRM processes.
• You have already worked in consulting or transformation projects and are confident in stakeholder management, including at the leadership level.
