AI Transformation & Automation Lead (m/f/d)

Then take on a central role as an AI Transformation Manager (m/f/d) in building scalable workflows and intelligent agent solutions. In this position, you will combine technical understanding with business focus, prioritize impactful use cases, and ensure that ideas turn into measurable impact – from initial pilots to stable rollout across the entire company.

Tasks

• You will build and continuously develop our AI tool radar, identify suitable tools for each process, and create well-founded cost-benefit analyses and decision proposals.
• You will analyze recurring company processes, prioritize them by impact and feasibility, and derive a clear implementation roadmap.
• You will conceptualize and implement automations in areas such as support, operations, finance, HR, and sales, and ensure stable rollout during ongoing operations.
• You will develop and orchestrate agent applications, structure task chains, integrate tool usage, incorporate human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure monitoring and guardrails.
• You will be responsible for system integration and define interfaces to CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base solutions, as well as to calendar, email, and other internal tools.
• You will support projects from idea to rollout by designing, testing, evaluating, documenting proof-of-concepts, and scaling successful approaches.
• You will empower teams in dealing with AI through training, office hours, playbooks, as well as through the development of prompt and workflow templates, and build internal multipliers.
• You will establish governance and quality standards, define guidelines for data usage and access, and ensure compliance with security and documentation requirements.
• You will manage and measure the success of AI initiatives using clear KPIs such as time savings, throughput time, error rate, adoption, as well as costs and benefits per use case.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or a comparable field, and have already independently managed complex automation projects.
• You have at least 3 years of practical experience in implementing automations and possess in-depth experience with the Anthropic ecosystem, especially with Claude, Claude Code, as well as AI Agents and Skills.
• You can demonstrate with concrete examples which AI and automation solutions developed by you are currently in productive use.
• You have practical, hands-on experience in workflow automation, e.g., with tools like Power Platform, Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable solutions.
• You have a strong understanding of agent concepts, particularly in the areas of orchestration, RAG, tool use, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
• You are capable of analyzing processes in a structured manner and translating them into clear inputs, outputs, and rules.
• You think entrepreneurially, prioritize pragmatically, and deliver solutions with measurable impact.
• You impress with very strong communication and consulting skills and succeed in promoting the acceptance and use of AI solutions in teams.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• You have a basic technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data models.
• You have experience with local LLMs / Self-Hosted models.
• You ideally have experience in regulated environments or with data protection and compliance requirements in AI projects.
• You have experience in areas such as knowledge management, ticket automation, or CRM processes.
• You have previously worked in consulting or transformation projects and are confident in stakeholder management, including at the leadership level.
