Job Title: AI Trainer – Banking Sector (Employee Enablement) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Trainer to conduct hands-on training programs for employees in the banking and financial services sector . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical AI tools and practical banking operations, empowering staff to confidently use AI tools for productivity, customer service, compliance, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver in-person training sessions for employees in the banking and financial services sector, focusing on AI tools and techniques. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and online resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized training programs that meet the specific needs of banking and financial services professionals. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure successful adoption and application of AI tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement and continuous learning. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in AI training, education, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and techniques, as well as their applications in the banking and financial services sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
