AI Technology Solution Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic AI Technology Solution Consultant to shape and execute transformative artificial intelligence strategies for our valued clients.

This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives and empower organizations to thrive in an AI-driven landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions tailored to meet business needs
• Provide strategic guidance on AI architectures and enable end-to-end initiative management from ideation to deployment
• Foster strong partnerships with clients to champion data-driven transformation and align AI solutions with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML strategies with cloud-native frameworks and scalable infrastructures
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing technical vision with business priorities and resource allocation
• Oversee the management of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructures to ensure robust technical performance
• Advocate for best practices in data governance, security, and CI/CD principles
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to evaluate their relevance and applicability for enhancing service offerings
• Drive culture change by promoting strategic decision-making and fostering team growth through mentorship and coaching
• Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality outcomes
• Represent complex technical concepts visually and facilitate engaging client presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in fostering high-performing AI or software engineering teams, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and delivering impactful solutions (10+ years of experience preferred)
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures, serverless architecture, and distributed computing within platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI
• Strong background in data modeling, integration, governance, and security workflows along with CI/CD practices
• Proficiency in managing MLOps pipelines, big data analytics, and data security frameworks
• Background in global AI/ML strategy, stakeholder management, cross-functional team leadership, and budget oversight
• Competency in soft skills such as communication, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and critical thinking
