→ Your mission
As an AI System Engineer, your role will be to design, develop, and industrialize cutting-edge technological and data solutions, serving high-impact AI products.
You will be involved in both:
the development of custom or product software solutions
the design and industrialization of scalable data architectures
the implementation of AI and MLOps systems in cloud or on-premise environments
These solutions will be part of demanding client projects, as well as the development of our products and our internal stack.
→ Your responsibilities
Design and develop robust and scalable applications, APIs, and data architectures
Industrialize data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, streaming, batch) on large volumes
Participate in the design of AI / GenAI solutions integrated into client products
Contribute to the implementation and evolution of our MLOps / Data Engineering stack
Participate in code reviews, challenge implementations, and share best practices
Take part in agile ceremonies and sprint reviews in direct interaction with clients and product teams
Mentor and develop junior profiles (depending on seniority)
Contribute to R&D, transversal internal projects (OPS, security, tooling, training, innovation)
Occasionally participate in technical discussions with sales teams (pre-sales / scoping)

✅ Must have
Experience with a programming language (Python, Java, Kotlin, Scala, TypeScript…)
Solid understanding of software development and how the Web works
Proficiency in SQL and databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Experience with backend and/or frontend frameworks (Spring, NestJS, React, Angular, etc.)
Experience in designing and industrializing data pipelines
Knowledge of data architectures (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse)
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Experience with Docker
🌈 Nice to have
Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenStack…)
MLOps experience (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, BentoML, etc.)
Orchestration / streaming experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Airflow…)
OPS experience (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible…)
Unit, integration, and load testing (TDD appreciated)
Knowledge in AI / ML / DL / NLP
UNIX & Bash knowledge
Product-oriented mindset and client relationship skills
UX/UI tooling or product design (bonus)
