• You have a good to very good completed (Master's) degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, a technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline.
• For the role of Consultant, you bring 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: For the role of Senior Consultant, you bring 2-5 years of professional experience.
• You have relevant experience in the implementation of AI solutions in a business environment.
• You have extensive experience in leading teams and project organization.
• You are familiar with common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Langchain) as well as database systems (vector/graph databases) and have a very good understanding of technical implementation.
• You are confident in the technical conception of solution approaches.
• You possess very strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
• You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and have a visionary view of how AI can transform the business world.
• You are proficient in Python programming and have experience with development standards in a corporate context.
• You are a team player, motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
• You have strong presentation and moderation skills and interact confidently with clients.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages).
