AI Strategy & Digital Implementation

Our digital presence is growing rapidly, the website, app, and customer dashboard are currently being developed in parallel by different providers and are to be more closely integrated. As a working student in Digital & App, you will take responsibility for this area: You will bring together existing digital building blocks, test new ideas, and rapidly build new functions with modern AI-supported tools.

Tasks

• Further development and maintenance of our website (currently implemented on Lovable)
• Involvement in our app as well as the web dashboard for practices and clinics
• Integration of the different digital building blocks into a coherent product landscape
• Testing new features and iterating based on user feedback
• Use of AI tools for rapid development and implementation of new ideas
• Close coordination with the founding team on the priority and direction of the digital strategy

Qualification

Education, Studies & Work Experience

• Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on entrepreneurship, computer science, digital business, or similar
• Initial practical experience with web or app development is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., React/TypeScript, web fundamentals)
• Experience with AI-supported development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) is an advantage
• Proficient in using common web and office tools

Methodological Skills

• Structured, prioritizing work on multiple parallel digital fronts
• Ability to translate user feedback into concrete product improvements

Soft Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset, you contribute ideas and solutions, not just execute tasks
• Strong communication skills in exchange with the founding team despite part-time involvement
• Team player despite predominantly remote collaboration

Personal Attributes

• Independent, reliable work style despite part-time commitment
• Interest in MedTech, startups, and taking on a lot of responsibility early on
• Willingness to learn and curiosity about new tools
