Job description

Job Title: AI Specialist

Duration: Permanent

Experience Required - 10 Years

Location - Manesar, Gurgaon

Job description is as given below :- Key Skills and Experience
  1. Over 5 years of practical experience in applying AI to real-world and comprehensive technology solutions
  2. Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, including technologies such as TensorFlow, Python, and NLP
  3. Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, and Java
  4. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  5. Strong knowledge of fundamental algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
  6. Skilled in essential techniques for ML projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  7. Experienced with version control systems (e.g., Git) for effective team collaboration and code management
Scope of work is as follows and Engineer will be coming to our office and working

Practical Applications and Areas of Interest
  1. Internal tools automation (e.g., co-pilots for operations, workflow optimization)
  2. Smart form filling, rule generation, and automated data extraction
  3. Development of generative AI tools using large language models (LLMs)
  4. Construction of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
  5. Design of agents using LangChain and implementation of Graph RAG architectures
  6. Building embedding-based search infrastructure using vector databases such as Chroma and Weaviate
  7. Prototyping and PoC development leveraging open-source LLMs or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Copilot)
  8. Integration of simple UI using tools like Git and lightweight front-end frameworks
  9. Hands-on experience with chatbots, intelligent document processing, and agent-assist tools
