What awaits you with us:

• You will be responsible for the further development of our chat, ticket, and voice automations.
• You will optimize prompts, knowledge sources, conversation flows, and escalation logics.
• You will analyze AI performance and develop tests, quality controls, and relevant KPIs.
• Together with the specialist departments, you will identify and prioritize new AI and automation potentials.
• Together with our development team, you will conceptualize workflows, tool integrations, and interfaces.
• You will evaluate new AI technologies, manage external partners, and oversee controlled rollouts.

What we expect from you:

• Practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, as well as chat or voice bots
• Confident use of prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, guardrails, and Evals
• Good understanding of current AI models, their possibilities, and limitations
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, data flows, and automated workflows
• Analytical thinking, strong process understanding, and a structured, self-responsible way of working
• Very good German language skills, good understanding of technical English, and the willingness to collaborate regularly on-site in Cologne
