Job description
We are an AI consulting firm with our own AI consulting and AI products. For our technical team, we are looking for a hands-on generalist who combines software development, operations, and infrastructure and has a great interest in AI, AI agents, and modern language systems.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and operate AI applications and AI agents.
- You will develop backends with Python and implement or integrate web frontends.
- You will conceptualize and develop technical software architectures.
- You will integrate databases and data stores into our applications.
- You will build local AI infrastructures and optimize their operation.
- You will perform performance, load, and stress tests for CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM, latency, throughput, and concurrent users.
- You will optimize systems regarding performance, stability, and efficiency.
- You will consider security, data protection, and secret management from the very beginning of architecture and implementation.
- You will develop applications around language and conversation.
Qualifications
Must haves
- You have a solid IT or technical background.
- You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- You have very good knowledge of Python.
- You are proficient with Docker, Git, Linux, Terminal, and SSH.
- You have experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases.
- You have a solid understanding of software, system, and data architectures.
- You have a strong interest in AI, AI agents, and local AI.
- You speak and write German at a native level (at least C1).
Nice to have
- You have a basic understanding of IT security, authentication, secrets, and data protection.
- You understand technical infrastructure such as CPU, GPU, CUDA, RAM, and VRAM.
- You can systematically analyze technical bottlenecks and specifically optimize systems.
- Ideally, you already have experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
