AI Solutions Engineer

We are currently looking for a profile for the position of: AI Solutions Engineer Organizational information: Form of cooperation: B2B contract, stable, long-term engagement Office location: Warsaw (Wola) Service delivery mode: remote + office visits 2-3 times a month English language: required at an advanced level (C1) - daily cooperation in an international environment Sector: financial Scope of tasks: creating and implementing AI-based solutions supporting software development and automation of development teams' work. The scope includes R&D work, preparing Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions, and evaluating and implementing new AI technologies. Expectations: At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including project implementation using AI technologies. Very good knowledge of the Azure AI Foundry platform and artificial intelligence services available in the Microsoft Azure environment. Experience in designing and implementing solutions using generative AI and Agentic AI architecture. Experience in building RAG systems, including working with embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and integrating knowledge sources. Ability to implement and integrate AI models with applications, APIs, and tools supporting the software development process. Programming experience (Java or similar technologies are a plus). Knowledge of SDLC practices, such as CI/CD, test automation, and code review. Ability to quickly prototype, create Proof of Concepts (PoC), and verify new solutions within research and development initiatives. Proactiveness, independence, and the ability to effectively cooperate with development teams and architects. Knowledge of software development support tools, including code management, CI/CD process automation, and quality control (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube) is a plus.
